New leather

Yesterday we attended King Richard’s Faire. Beth had never been before, and I hadn’t attended in close to twenty years.

A good time was had by all. Beth and Ericka bought new fancy dresses, and I went shopping at one of the leather vendors.
I love the smell of new leather.

With a few quick modifications my new briefcase doubles as a gorgeous saddlebag for the TUx.

I had to remove the rear box from the rack, but i wasn’t happy with it anyway. On two recent occasions the latch has failed, coming open at speed when I thought it was locked. I also never cared for the look of it. While utilitarian, it ruined the sleek lines of the bike.

Sebby is still napping, the yellow bike is fixed and running too, and the Bills game is getting interesting. Signing off for now.
