Overheard on the scanner this evening while driving (way) outside my district:

“Fire Alarm to Ambulance 3. Further information on your call: this is for a 60 year old female, possible cardiac. Patient is conscious and breathing, complaining of difficulty breathing and chest pain. We’ve administered the Diagnostic Aspirin Test. 10-3?”

Umm, what? 10-5! Diagnostic Aspirin?! Rogue Medic, where are you when I need you?
