Why Mosquito Hill?
It’s a family joke. When we bought our house, we decided the ‘estate’ needed a name. Our property contains lots of woods and a small swamp, so Mosquito Hill was born.
Later, the Mosquito Hill Vintage Fire Company came into being as an extension of the joke.
This blog was born as simply my random scribblings, thus Notes from Mosquito Hill. As it has gained popularity, focus, and readers, now you all can be in on the joke.
